Homemade Simple Frozen Strawberries (Y)
1) Just buy a box of strawberries from supermarket
(The box of strawberry above is damn sweet)
2) Wash the strawberries
2) Cut a hole in the middle
Try to cut a bigger hole GENTLY.. So that you can put more fillings.. (more delicious)
3) Put it in a ice tray so that the strawberries will 'stand'
4) Fill in ice cream / cream / yoghurt / chocolate / honey / condensed milk
5) Fill in the fillings SLOWLY so that it's won't over flow
6) Put it in the freezer for few hours
DON'T NOT PUT THE STRAWBERRIES UNDERNEATH
COLUMN THAT STORES FISHES / CHICKEN ETC.
TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION
7) TADANGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
Fresh strawberries are a healthy addition to any diet. The health value of frozen strawberries depends on the type you choose. Unsweetened frozen strawberries provide many of the same nutrients as fresh and their benefits are available year-round; however, sweetened versions may add too much sugar to your diet.
Frozen strawberries are not only a healthy and delicious snack, they're easy to prepare and store. Also, who doesn't like a nice, healthy treat.
HEALTHIER TYPE OF FROZEN STRAWBERRY
An alternative method for the ice cubes is to use commercial lemonade in place of water and give as sweet treats to children at a party. Do not use this method as a regular treat, however, as the lemonade is not healthy for growing teeth. If you want a healthier ice cream version, use puréed strawberries and bananas and freeze in an ice lolly/icy pole mold.
